Gracias a distintas organizaciones se logr\u00f3 una ley que tambi\u00e9n fomenta su uso y esto incluy\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del d\u00eda nacional del ma\u00edz que se celebra el 29 de septiembre. Este alimento no solo forma parte de la gastronom\u00eda del pa\u00eds, es fundamental en la cultura de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y los campesinos de todos los estados.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">El ma\u00edz es una especie domesticada, esto quiere decir que es completamente dependiente del ser humano.
